I'm Emma Tomboulian, a third-generation pastry chef and owner of Baklavalicious. Baklava is rooted in my Lebanese, Armenian, and Greek heritage, driven by a love for baking and a desire to bring people together through delicious desserts. With a rich family legacy in the culinary arts, I've always been fascinated by the art of pastry making. Watching my parents make incredible pastries, I literally learned from the best. My parents taught me that using the best ingredients would not only elevate my product but also show respect for the traditional recipes and techniques that have been passed down through generations.
I wanted to innovate and push the boundaries, blending traditional flavors with modern twists to create something truly exceptional and unique.
In 2016, Baklavalicious was born!
